Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and acf44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features available at acf44. By accessing the acf44 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the acf44 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

acf44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account or via an on-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms each time you use the platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version came into force.

Supplementary Policies

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and acf44. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the acf44 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. acf44 does not permit persons under 18 to register or to use any service offered on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order that applies to you personally.
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an account closed by acf44 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion scheme that would render your use of gambling services inappropriate.

Age Verification

acf44 takes age verification seriously. At the point of registration, you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or above. acf44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. If age verification cannot be completed to acf44's satisfaction, access to the platform — including the ability to deposit, withdraw, or wager — will be suspended until verification is resolved. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage user will be forfeited in their entirety.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the acf44 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must contact acf44 support immediately at [email protected].

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of acf44 services — including live casino tables, cricket betting, slots, and real-money promotions — you must complete the account registration process and verify your identity to the required standard. Registration is free and requires no initial deposit to open an account.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or during any subsequent verification process. acf44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acf44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. acf44 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly. Any activity carried out on your account — including deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified acf44 of an unauthorised access event in writing without undue delay.

acf44 employs SMS-based one-time password (OTP) verification for access from new or unrecognised devices. This feature is designed to protect your account from unauthorised access. You must ensure that the mobile number registered on your account is current and accessible to you at all times.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information up to date. If your contact email, mobile number, or residential address changes, you must update your account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or affect acf44's ability to contact you regarding your account. Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the acf44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). acf44 supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and selected card payment options. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile wallet methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution. acf44 does not charge a transaction fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which acf44 accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your acf44 account. These limits are subject to change. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are held in your own name. Deposits made using accounts or payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to deter fraudulent activity and money laundering. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. acf44 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one to three business days; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any outstanding verification requirements on your account.

acf44 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. In such cases, you may be asked to provide documentary proof of the source of funds deposited. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds being returned to your account balance pending further review.

Currency & Conversion

All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). acf44 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their own payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

acf44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket season specials, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and by any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotional terms at the time the offer is made available. It is your responsibility to review and understand the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, and account verification status. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. acf44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to withdraw a bonus — including any associated winnings — where eligibility criteria have not been met or where the Terms have been breached.

Bonus Abuse

acf44 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing low-risk or hedge bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions on a promotion.

Section 6

Gameplay & Fair Use Policy

All games available on the acf44 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently verified for fairness and statistical integrity. acf44 partners exclusively with reputable and established game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe to ensure that every game outcome is genuinely random and that return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurately represented.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on acf44 — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI fixtures, and international competitions — are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type as published on the platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, acf44's decision shall be final. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). In-play bets accepted after a relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the integrity or outcome of a game or bet, acf44 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the player's account balance. Wins that occur as a direct result of a confirmed technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. acf44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acf44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account or place wagers.
• Money laundering: Using the acf44 platform as a mechanism to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. acf44 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated decision-making software to play games or place bets on the acf44 platform without express written permission.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after wagering activity has taken place. acf44 will recover any chargeback amounts and may pursue legal remedies where warranted.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access any acf44 account other than your own, or providing false identity documentation during the verification process.
• Abusive conduct: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language at acf44 support staff or other players in any platform communication channel.

Anti-Money Laundering

acf44 maintains a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering programme consistent with applicable financial crime prevention standards. As part of this programme, acf44 may request source-of-funds documentation from players at any time, particularly in relation to large or unusual deposit patterns. Cooperation with AML verification requests is a condition of maintaining an active acf44 account. Players who fail to cooperate with AML checks will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

acf44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where required to do so in order to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your acf44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, acf44 will process any outstanding verified withdrawals to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal request or verification process is pending completion.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through acf44 support. Self-exclusion options range from a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours to a permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, acf44 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from logging in, depositing, or wagering. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. acf44 will notify the registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be held securely and the balance will remain accessible to the account holder upon re-verification of identity. acf44 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee to dormant accounts as set out in the current fee schedule published on the platform.
